Planning & Booking

Your rental includes exclusive access to the full property — the reception barn, ceremony areas, patio space, harvest tables, reception chairs, and our curated décor collection. Selections are confirmed in advance through our décor selection process.

The venue can comfortably host up to 150 guests for your celebration.

Rehearsals may be arranged based on availability during the week before the wedding when coordinated with us in advance.

Vendors & Services

Yes — couples may select any licensed caterer of their choice. We're an open-vendor venue, so the decision is entirely yours.

Absolutely. Couples have the flexibility to select their own photographer, DJ, florist, officiant, and all other vendors.

Yes. All vendors must carry appropriate liability insurance and operate in compliance with local regulations.

Alcohol & Permits

Yes, though a Special Occasion Permit (AGCO) is required. Service must follow Ontario liquor laws, and our preferred bartending partner must provide the service.

Alcohol service is permitted until midnight. No alcohol may be served after this time.

Ceremony & Guest Experience

All ceremonies take place outdoors. Couples may choose between our shaded ceremony area next to the barn, or the pine field ceremony site — approximately a 3-minute walk from the barn.

The shaded ceremony area beside the barn serves as our rain plan. Our team will assist with weather contingency planning ahead of the event.

Yes, limited parking is available near the ceremony field. Carpooling is encouraged.

The barn-adjacent ceremony site is a very short walk. The pine field is roughly a 3-minute walk. A wagon ride is also available to transport guests.

Yes. Accessible pathways and a wheelchair-accessible washroom are available on the property.

Setup, Décor & Cleanup

We offer a curated décor catalogue included with your rental. Selections are made in advance through our décor selection process.

Clients and their vendors typically handle setup. Our Serenity Package offers professional setup assistance for those who prefer a more relaxed experience.

Open flame candles are not permitted. Flameless candles and other approved alternatives — including battery-operated candlesticks and water candles — may be used.

Oak & Pines handles the majority of post-event cleanup. All vendors are required to remove their own equipment.

Policies & Logistics

Security is present at most events to help maintain a safe environment and promote responsible service.

All guests and vendors must depart the premises by 1:00 AM.

Yes, on-site parking is provided for guests.

Shuttle transportation is arranged by clients. We can provide route maps to assist with planning logistics.
