Oak & Pines is a family-owned and operated event venue in rural Ottawa. For as long as we can remember, this land has been the gathering place for our family's most treasured moments — holidays, celebrations, and quiet evenings under the open sky.
We are four siblings — Nicolas, Éric, Josée, and Casey — and we decided to open the property to share its magic with others. Our mission is simple: to help you create the event of your dreams on land that has always been meant for gathering.

Rustic Elegance, Open to the Sky
Our restored 1900s barn is the heart of Oak & Pines. With its open-concept layout, soaring ceilings, and wraparound interior balcony overlooking the banquet floor, it creates an atmosphere that is both intimate and grand.
The barn comfortably hosts up to 150 guests and comes fully equipped with harvest tables, chairs, chandeliers, a bar station, and our curated décor collection.

The property spans 193 acres of open fields, mature pine forests, and countryside that stretches to the horizon. Ceremony guests can choose between the shaded site beside the barn or the breathtaking pine field — a short walk through the property.
Outside the barn, patio sets with heat lamps and barrel cocktail tables extend the celebration into the evening air.
